Families can sometimes find themselves moving between different services, repeating the same information and trying to bring separate pieces of advice together.
NEST's longer-term vision is to make support feel more understandable, practical and connected. We are exploring ways for appropriately qualified practitioners to work collaboratively, with the individual's or family's consent, where this would be helpful.
This developing approach may include
